Immaculately clean apartment with beautiful boutique decor and a lovely secluded garden. Perfectly located right across the street from the lake - great for lakeside walks and stunning views. Friendly and helpful hosts who made my stay delightful. The bed was incredibly comfortable - one of the best I've experienced in Italy. Slept like a dream before my long flight home.
Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in the heart of the historic old town. The location couldn't be better, right off the main square and just a minute's walk from the beautiful lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped apartment that had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a washing machine. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the staff, especially Vincenzo, the owner, were helpful and friendly.
For us, it was ideal.

The room at Il Giardino Segreto Arona was such a cozy retreat! The private entrance made it feel like our own little hideaway. And let me tell you, the minibar was a total game-changer. It was stocked with all our favorite drinks, making it super convenient. Plus, we loved chilling on the patio in the bathrobes provided. a delightful experience!
I personally didn't fancy the idea of having a minibar in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The service was great and the staff were very helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the lake and in the heart of the city. I also loved the unique and stylish decor of the hotel, it gave it a special touch.
First, the soundproofing of the building was quite poor, as I could hear children running above me early in the morning and at night which was quite annoying. Lastly, although breakfast was included in my rate, it was very limited and only consisted of a brioche and coffee, everything else had to be paid for separately.

The owners have clearly poured their love and care into this accommodation, and it shows in every detail. the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and felt private and safe. the location, just a stone's throw away from Lago Maggiore, was perfect. the owners, especially Vincenzo, were incredibly kind and accommodating, even when we had to change our plans last minute. We highly recommend this gorgeous spot for a memorable stay. Cons: Couldn't fault. 👌.
